I love field trips. When I was asked to take Sarah’s senior portraits, I knew I was going to see some beautiful areas of the country. We started in Oldenburg, IN, but we ended up on her grandparent’s farm. There nothing quite like a country girl photographed in her element.

After taking a stroll through the the downtown streets of Cincinnati during the summer, I found many great locations to take senior portraits. When i was contacted to take Brendan’s senior pictures, I knew these locations would be perfect.
I knew from the beginning that Katelyn’s session was going to be great. She had asked to get photos with her flute, as she is in the Fairfield highschool band. Not only did she want a traditional instrument photo, but she pushed further, developing her own shot of balancing the flute on the tip of her shoe – a shot she wanted to use in the 2011 senior band member tribute slide show presented during the annual band gala scheduled for later this year.
With all the rain we have had this year, Ault Park was in full bloom – what better a setting for Valerie’s senior portraits. We were lucky to have perfect weather the whole evening. As you will see, Valerie has great fashion sense and her upbeat personality shines through. We had a great time.
